Generally, by the time someone is in a family lawyers office, they have been thinking about difficult decisions for a while. No one is terribly happy to go see a family law attorney. Brita is an AV rated attorney who has been practicing since 1997. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Washington. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney, in Lewis County Washington, where she learned invaluable skills as a trial attorney and has nearly 200 jury trials under her belt and many more bench trials.
She then began her private practice in 2000 and focused on family law, estate planning, and probate.
She moved to Texas in 2017.
She is the author of three books, two of which are Amazon best sellers.
Jonathan is a licensed attorney in the states of Texas and Washington. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law and Policy from the University of New South Wales Faculty of Law and Justice.
Jonathan is a member of the Texas Bar College¹, which means that he has additional legal education to serve our clients better. He has been working in the legal field as a legal assistant since he was 15 years old. He has seen it all and has a unique ability to communicate with clients and show empathy during their most difficult situations.
